Relaxation is often yearned for, yet it can be difficult to experience.

Amid the rush of life, we struggle to prioritise true rest and the huge benefits it gives to mind, body and spirit. Soothing and quietening the mind whilst calming the para-sympathetic nervous system can be quickly and effectively achieved through the Reiki Soundbath experience.

WHAT IS A SOUNDBATH?

Making yourself comfortable on a yoga mat with blankets and cushions, a Sound Bath gives you permission to do absolutely nothing! Whilst the Sound Therapist plays a range of specialist sonic healing instruments, the sounds sooth and quieten the mind, whilst the vibrations help balance your body's natural energy, leaving you feeling relaxed, calm and refreshed.

EVERY SOUNDBATH IS UNIQUE

I have been giving soundbaths since 2022, providing musical, harmonic and dreamy sessions, featuring a full set of seven Crystal Singing Bowls, each of which is attuned to one of the seven chakras.

I fuse my Reiki training whilst playing the bowls to promote energy flow during the soundbath. Harmonic singing, Gongs, Tibetan singing bowls, Koshi Chimes, Wave Drum and Tuning Forks enable me to create one-off soundscapes, with the sound waves and vibrations generated permeating the body, allowing your natural energy to release and flow.

REIKI PRACTITIONER

Along with soundbaths, I am trained to Reiki Master Level, and am a Master Practitioner Member of the UK Reiki Federation. I have developed unique treatments which intertwine both healing practices, providing sessions both in person and via videocall for remote Reiki healing.

Reiki is an ancient Japanese healing practice, a non invasive treatment, which uses universal energy, channeled by the practitioner, to help the Qi (body or 'Biofield' energy) of the client to flow freely through the Chakras of the body. These chakras are positioned from the base of the spine to the crown of the head, and are aligned with the body's main organs and nervous system.

Reiki has proved to be so effective in helping to regulate the nervous system, for mental health and for overall wellness, that it is often prescribed on the NHS.

BENEFITS OF SOUNDBATHS & REIKI

Reiki and sound therapy overlap as both treatments work with the chakras and energy flow, releasing tension and balancing the nervous system. Combined, they create deeply relaxing and unique experiences.

Benefits from participants include help with insomnia, emotional balance and release, mental clarity and inner spaciousness. Sessions end with a delicious fruit tea and a chance to discuss how the experience felt for you.

LOCATION AND SESSIONS

Located near Wickersley, Rotherham, I hold a calendar of regular group soundbaths locally, whilst also working with private clients in a beautiful sound space, where I provide personalised soundbaths, family soundbaths and Reiki with Sound, plus online one to one personalised Remote Reiki sessions.

Working further afield, I am hired by groups, schools and colleges, businesses and wellbeing spaces for soundbaths, talks and workshops about sound healing and sound experiences.

SUITABLE FOR YOU?

The monthly group soundbath sessions are suitable for 16+ year olds.

I run the Private Family Soundbaths & Group Sound Sessions for children from 10-15 yrs, plus I can run special adapted Sound Sessions for SEN classes.

Soundbaths are generally not recommended for people with the following conditions:

Less than 13 weeks’ pregnant.
Have a pacemaker, metal implants or plates fitted in their body.
Have seizures of any kind.
Knowingly have any condition (including tinnitus) triggered by sound.
Recently had surgery or medical procedures.
Have any ongoing physical or mental health conditions.

I have had many people attend with various hearing conditions and tinnitus, so it is very much down to the individual person to decide if a soundbath is suitable for themselves. On the whole, most people find it fine, but it is absolutely OK to leave the session if it's uncomfortable in any way for you.

Booking and Payments.

Where payment is required in advance to secure your session or workshop, refunds will be provided only in accordance with Celia’s cancellation policy, as outlined below.

Rescheduling.

If you need to reschedule your booking, please provide 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations may result in a fee or forfeiture of your session.

Liability Release.

You release Celia and associates from any liability for any direct or indirect loss, harm, injury, or damage arising from your energy treatment or intuitive readings.

Consent.
